The 3rd Annual ARTS Users’ Conference pairs both strategic and tactical sessions for a 360-degree view of how to improve IT retail support for maximum operation efficiency and bottom-line results. The conference draws 100 to 125 retail IT practitioners from all disciplines -- project management, IT architecture, development, data administration -- those that strongly influence procurement of IT software and services.

The conference sessions emphasize the latest technologies and practices and the collegial environment encourages spirited debate.
