Self-Guided Walking Store Tours
New for 2013
NRF is known for their Store Tours and this year the format has changed – the tours are self-guided. You’ll still learn about 12 unique and innovative retail environments but you’ll do it at your own pace.
Each tour participant will receive a MP3 Player loaded with content that dives deep into the design, concept behind the design, new technologies integrated (including how mobile is being used), customer experience enhancements and more for each store on the tour.
