Russ has been an internet marketer and entrepreneur for over 15 years. A founding director and Shareholder, he currently is Director of Operations at Choice Brands Equestrian (HorseLoverZ.com). Since 1999 he has played a key role in designing and implementing a proprietary multi-channel internet marketing & warehousing system that continues to ensure the smooth operation of his current company today. In 2002 when PayPal launched their IPO, the account he managed was one of PayPal’s top accounts by transaction count and by 2008 he had grown a Top-50 eBay account from the ground up. In 2007, he launched his first ecommerce site and today HorseLoverZ.com is one of the top 10 US equestrian retailers centered around ecommerce. He continues to focus on operational efficiency and system designs that integrate new technologies with existing ones. His successful 2012 launch of a new website for HorseLoverZ.com that instantly increased conversions 30% is one of the most recent examples of his mantra to create technology when needed and merge it whenever possible.
