Evangelist, Customer Analytics
Brent Dykes is the Evangelist for Customer Analytics at Adobe and is responsible for guiding and evangelizing the vision of Adobe’s analytics solutions (formerly Omniture). He has been focused on enterprise-level web analytics consulting for eight years, working with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Sony, Dell, Comcast, and Nike. Brent recently published his first book, “Web Analytics Action Hero”, which outlines how to be a successful digital analyst and help drive action from the data. Brent has been involved in digital marketing for more than ten years, including positions at Blast Radius (WPP), Lands’ End, and Microsoft. Brent has a BBA (Marketing) degree from Simon Fraser University, and graduated from Brigham Young University’s MBA program, where he was a Hawes Scholar.
