John Fojut joined Kohl’s Department Stores in 1981. John has held leadership positions in Store Management, Logistics, Transportation, Facilities and Sustainability. Currently, John is responsible for leading corporate sustainability strategy for Kohl’s. In his tenure in sustainability, his achievements include-121 activated solar power arrays, 222 USGBC LEED certified stores and buildings, 700 ENERGY STAR labeled stores, 100% green power usage as well as Kohl’s goal to achieve net zero emissions. Through John’s leadership, Kohl’s has received numerous environmental awards including- ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year and EPA Green Power Partner of the Year. |
