Innovative Technology will be exhibiting at NRF on 13th - 15th January 2019 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City. NRF – Retail’s Big Show, is organized by the National Retail Federation (NRF), who are the world's largest retail trade association.
Rebecca White, VP Sales & Business Development commented, “We are delighted to have our largest ever dedicated booth at NRF for 2019. NRF is one of the most important retail exhibitions in the ITL calendar and it gives us the opportunity to network with some of the largest retail organizations and OEMs from across the globe. For the 2019 exhibition we will be previewing some of our advanced, next-generation retail and smart safe products to the industry. These new products will allow bunch note feeding of bills, quick refills and will offer large capacity cashboxes. A high level of security will also be paramount. Our Spectral technology offers the highest level of validation technology and security of any product in its class, by far.”
The US arm of Innovative Technology will also have SafeCash Collect on the booth. Rebecca commented, “This utilizes the NV200 Spectral bill acceptor to authenticate, count and store cash and is an ideal product for the retail market as it eliminates shrinkage, reduces cash in transit (CIT) collection costs and maximises cash handling efficiency. This closed-loop cash management solution brings real benefits to the industry in terms of reducing risk and fraud and helping retailers eliminate shrinkage. The tamper evident cashbags each have a unique barcode for traceability, identification and tracking purposes and when used in conjunction with Live Collect, a full audit trail is available linking multiple machines for further efficiencies.
Rebecca continued, “We will also have on display the SMART Coin System – a bulk coin validator, mixed coin hopper and recycler in one. Boasting a market leading coin hopper capacity and payout speeds of up to 12 coins per second the unit validates, discriminates and stores mixed coins, eliminating coin starvation, the need for multiple hoppers and improving cashflow.”
Security is a major part of product development at ITL. They will be showcasing their Spectral technology found in both the NV200 Spectral and NV9 Spectral bill validators at NRF. Spectral sensors are used in both these units providing high resolution imaging to authenticate the validity of bills. Plus, optical and mechanical anti-stringing technology delivers outstanding fraud protection. Spectral validators have an advanced level of fraud detection, high acceptance rates and are modular in design – all essential benefits for the retailer.
Rebecca concluded, “As we continue to expand our operations across the Americas, we are keen to maintain and grow our business and test out our new products with new and existing customers. We look forward to welcoming NRF visitors to booth #1714 to showcase our innovative range to the retail industry.”
