The Ipsos Traffic Count App was developed in partnership with our clients to enable them to improve the customer experience.
It allows Sales Associates to view a snapshot of actionable data in the palm of their hands, giving them essential time with customers and less time spent in the back office, an efficiency not seen before in the retail world.
Having information readily available on the app has increased engagement from Sales Associates and allows decisions to be made based on accurate, timely and historical data, whilst still having the ability to delve deeper in to the data through our online portal when required.
Shortlised for a Retail Systems Award, the app is available on iOS and Android.
