Land O'Lakes, FL (January 2, 2019) - RPE (Retail Process Engineering), a leading retail systems consulting firm, has promoted Rob Henneke as President and Chief Executive Officer; Mark Stanford as Executive Vice President; and Jack Walworth as Chief Financial Officer. They assumed the executive leadership and managing partner roles on January 1, 2019. Cliff Epstein who served as President and CEO since 2000 will take on an advisory role, and Tom Villa, Senior Vice President, retired effective December 31, 2018.

Henneke previously served as Executive Vice President. Under his leadership, RPE has grown to become a trailblazer in retail systems consulting, cloud hosting and data center services. He is a seasoned retail executive with hands-on experience in operations, systems, sales and distribution. In a continuously expanding role, he has worked with the highly-skilled RPE sales, marketing and services teams since joining RPE in 2000.
Stanford is a former retail CIO with a unique combination of technical and functional skills. Making a career move to consulting, he joined RPE in 2008 as Vice President responsible for customer relationship management and project management. His passion for driving innovation through the development of new services and solutions has contributed to an expanding client list of successes.
Walworth was one of RPE first employees when the company was established in 1999. As Controller, he has been influential in guiding RPE in financial decisions and establishing and enforcing company policies and procedures. He will continue to serve as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team as CFO to assess and evaluate financial performance with regard to short- and long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
