LVMH optimizes US omnichannel operation with OneStock
LVMH is optimizing its US omnichannel operation with OneStock’s agile order management technology.
The luxury goods brand is using OneStock’s delivery promise function to create a high-end service that aligns with customer expectations.
Shoppers can view real time stock availability and choose a guaranteed delivery method based on the item selected. These include ‘white glove’ same day delivery and an option to pick up in-store in under two hours. The customer is then updated with an estimated delivery time.
In addition, LVMH is implementing OneStock’s ship from store, click and collect and return in-store technologies to further enhance its capabilities.
“The personalization of the customer experience and in-store experience are two areas that we want to make exceptional, and where we want to improve the ecommerce services we offer,” said Laetitia Roche-Grenet, Business Synergies Director at LVMH.
OneStock works with global brands to create genuine omnichannel operations which boost revenue. Retailers typically increase sales by over 30% through sophisticated order orchestration and efficient store operations – effectively allowing them to turn their stores into a network of satellite warehouses.
