A note about coronavirus (COVID-19)
We know the COVID-19 situation is evolving quickly. We’re as concerned as you are about
keeping our staff and our community safe, and we’re tracking the situation closely with the guidance of
public health experts. While our events are many months away, we are prepared to take whatever steps are
necessary to protect our members, attendees, staff and associates. We won’t hold a show if it’s not safe,
and we will refund you if the show is cancelled. You can track the status of events here and access NRF’s COVID-19 resources here.

Each company will need to provide:

Opportunity to be part of a traffic driver to get retail attendees to your booth to pick up a complimentary gift card. This is a great opportunity to start a conversation, scan a badge for future follow up.
A gift card booklet will be handed out at registration to all retailers. Booklet will include sponsor logos and booth numbers for participating sponsors which attendees can visit over the 3 expo days for free cards.
The first 200 retailers who visit your booth space each expo day receive a gift card. You will be given 550 cards with a $10 value, (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Panera as examples), 40 cards will have $20 value, and 10 cards will have $50 value.
NRF will provide the gift cards to each sponsor to distribute.
**Sponsor’s event must also follow approval criteria.
