A note about coronavirus (COVID-19)
We know the COVID-19 situation is evolving quickly. We’re as concerned as you are about
keeping our staff and our community safe, and we’re tracking the situation closely with the guidance of
public health experts. While our events are many months away, we are prepared to take whatever steps are
necessary to protect our members, attendees, staff and associates. We won’t hold a show if it’s not safe,
and we will refund you if the show is cancelled. You can track the status of events here and access NRF’s COVID-19 resources here.

Retail’s Big Show will feature a track focusing on supply chain specific topics. Specifically for those who are involved in aspects of operational initiatives and inventory objectives. Examples include those who specialize in cost reduction, adding resilience to the supply chain, sustainability, warehouse operations, distribution or transportation functions.
This track will take place January 16-18 as part of Retail’s Big Show, while leaving time for attendees to attend all Keynote sessions, visit the expo, take a tour of the Supply Chain Pavilion and attend the supply chain happy hour at the conclusion of day 1. Attendees can come and go as they want but if supply chain is part of their daily responsibilities, they won’t want to miss any of these thought provoking sessions.
