12cm provides several cloud-based software platforms that partner businesses can use to create O2O (online-to-offline) services such as loyalty, payment, and voucher systems. In addition, our platforms can be incorporated into various Fintech and Big Data solutions.

These services are authenticated by the Echoss Stamp, our proprietary technology that uses unique touch patterns built into every stamp to stamp directly on users’ smartphone screens. Not only can these services provide a fun, interactive experience to users, but by offering an affordable and effective marketing tool (and analysis of the collected data) to small and mid-size businesses, we hope to assist in their growth and marketing efficiency.

We have established 6 subsidiaries / JV companies around the world, with our Global office based out of Singapore. Currently partnered with 128 diverse companies in 22 countries providing innovative mobile marketing and commerce services.

  • Founded in 2013, 12CM has been steadily moving into the global market by leveraging our innovative technology, called Echoss. 12CM’s key product, the Echoss Stamp, can be applied to a wide variety of interactive customer engagement and Fintech services, all supported by the Echoss Platform.

    Every stamp action on a user’s smartphone generates a lot of data; this data is unique in that it originates from offline sources (ie. brick and mortar locations). We can then meaningfully collect, process, and combine this data with other sources. Our client can then create powerful data models to apply to future marketing and engagement campaigns.
