    Cycleon value being as transparent as possible when it comes to sustainable operations within their network. To do so, they make sure to report on several metrics from which they can measure areas that are doing well, as well as those to improve....

  • Cycleon's goal is to become carbon neutral by 2025.

    We find that reducing CO2e emissions is the most important step to becoming sustainable. This is why we invest in the sustainability of our network (insetting), accelerating the positive impact of our services. Investing in ‘our’ network is really investing in our clients’ network since they use our services. By providing services with less CO2e emissions, more renewable energy, and innovative sustainability solutions, we reduce our environmental impact close to home. 

    Some of the CO2e emissions in our network, unfortunately, we are not able to reduce (yet). For these remaining emissions, we provide the service of carbon offsetting.

    Basic CO2 report - Our free CO2 report shows the average emissions per parcel based on Cycleon’s complete network.

    Advanced CO2 report This client-specific report shows the average CO2 p/parcel. The results are shown per postal company (supplier), country & transport leg

    Supplier Sustainability Score report*We rate our suppliers on various sustainability factors regularly. These results are shared in the Supplier Sustainability Score (SSS) report.

    Waste & Energy report* The materials used in operations are monitored quarterly and are split by material type. The report also includes the energy consumption and the type of energy used.

    Cycleon’s Retail Portal is a B2B product, consisting of a self-service portal where retailers/merchants of Cycleon clients can log in to initiate bulk returns. The portal integrates with internal APIs and uses internal services to handle all operations needed to serve the end-user. The portal creates a Create a one-stop-shop for retail users to create returns, schedule collections and track returns

    Cycleon’s consumer portal is a B2C product, consisting of a self-service portal where end-consumers can log in to create the return. With this product end-consumers can initiate their returns independently and at any time (the portal is accessible 24/7 and it is multilingual), reducing significantly the time customer service would spend on this task and improving customer experience.

    We have the solutions to help brands and retailers form a unified landscape to tackle all returns, from any consumer and via any commerce channel. Whether these returns are B2B or B2C, we manage the total digital and physical returns flow....

  • Omnichannel concerns not only the ways in which brands and consumers return their unwanted items, but also the type of return. For example, a customer returning an unworn pair of jeans ordered from a marketplace platform is a very different case than a consumer returning an item bought in physical retail store, or a brand sending goods to another retailer. 

    What they do have in common, is that both require a unified solution so that the returns can be handled responsibly and efficiently - while also driving the same great experience across all channels. As such, a delicate balance needs to be found between securing a logistically sound returns solution and one that maintains a good consumer and user experience for all stakeholders involved.

  • Analytics is comprised of two main product components, the Monitoring Package and the Analytics Package. 

    Monitoring Package

    This package is a collection of data tools, including reports, dashboards and data feeds which allow for active monitoring of the client's return network. Reports included as part of this package are (1) Inbound report, (2) First-mile dashboard and (3) Customs report. 

    This is a mandatory and non-negotiable reporting package which is provided for each client by Cycleon.

    Analytics Package

    This is another package containing a set of tools which enable self-service analysis by the client. Data is aggregated over different time periods across all levels. This greatly helps to identify any anomalies, opportunities or risks. Reports included within this package are (1) Parcel Volume report, (2) Key Return Metrics dashboard, (3) Expected Volume forecast report and (4) Carbon Emission report.

  • Reconditioning
    This product helps return items to a re-sellable condition. The intention is to get items back to the shelf as soon as possible, saving clients both time and money....

  • The Reconditioning product aims to restore maximum value to each item, bringing each product back into a re-sellable condition for the client according to the defined SOP requirements. There is no need for the client to conduct this work in their own warehouses for example, thus, the operational impact caused by returns will be at a minimum for the client. This process saves time, money and effort for the client and items come back to them in an already re-sellable condition. 

    This product has a modular design in order to cover all of the client's requirements while also maintaining efficient warehouse processes from Cycleon's side.
