SOURCE-TAGGING

Source tagging is the process of applying RFID tags at the point of manufacturing. In doing so, the manufacturing process is streamlined and more efficient than tagging in DC as it allows the manufacturer to improve inventory accuracy, find items a lot quicker and at the same time improve shipping accuracy.

We can also offer environmentally-friendly RFID inlays. By removing the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer in the production of RFID tags we reduce our energy input, use of adhesive and plastic going to landfill sites and the ocean. This results in a 20%-30% average carbon footprint reduction.
