    peiECO is an intelligent solution that connects the signals in your store with your staff. Signals can be issued by machines and vending machines using peiSUPPLY - for example, a full message from the deposit machine or a malfunction of the baking machine. For your employees on the shop floor, a voice announcement is sent ad hoc to the headset or a text message is sent to the smartphone so that you can react immediately.

    Furthermore, with peiPRESS you have the possibility to integrate buttons into the communication. At the push of a button, your employees are informed - thus ensuring fast and direct communication, without detours and waiting times. In the case of a customer button, for example, the use case looks like this: The customer presses the button and is shown an illuminated LED as well as a voice message: "An employee is on his way to you". At the same time, a message sounds on the employee's headset or smartphone: "Advice needed in the wine department". If no:e employee:in now appears, the message can be repeated. In the future, this will also make it possible to track which button is pressed how often and how quickly your employees were on site.
