By modeling the store's assortment based on customer behavior, the system allows for more efficient use of shelf space, increasing sales and increasing profits.

    Numberz Range performs clustering of outlets according to the structure of demand, and quickly and efficiently analyzes huge amounts of data from checks and loyalty cards. As a result of the analysis, we obtain “demand switching baskets” - interchangeable groups of goods between which buyers regularly make their choice, and “demand switching degree” - the probability of buying one product instead of another in its absence.

    Numberz Range creates accurate models of the assortment matrix based on customer preferences, which helps the retailer to easily build their assortment based on the needs of customers in a particular outlet.

  • Atriny Group, as part of the grandiose event NRF 2023 Retail's Big Show, presents its new product Freshto, a cloud service for expiration date control, which greatly simplifies the work of the sales floor manager and store manager.

    Freshto – is an application that puts the complex, time-consuming process of checking expiration dates into automatic mode. Its use does not require much effort. It is enough just to enter the worst expiration date of the goods into the system once when replenishing the shelf.

    For a set number of days before the expiration date of the goods, the application reminds the user of the need to check them, thereby solving several important tasks at once:

    • prevents the appearance of expired goods on the shelves;
    • reduces the amount of waste and goods to be disposed of;
    • reduces the time for checking expiration dates;
    • saves the company's money due to the timely markdown and sale of goods;
    • recalls the need to check products with a long shelf life, which is often overlooked;
    • helps the manager of the outlet to supervise the work of the staff.

    The list of tasks for checking specific goods once a day comes to the phone of the manager responsible for replenishing the shelf. During the check, the manager can not only select products, but also print discount stickers from a mobile device for discounting goods. The result of the check is recorded by the employee conducting it in a mobile device with a couple of clicks.

    In turn, the head of the outlet can see how many goods the employee checked today or last week, and be sure that he actually checked the expiration dates for the positions that required it.

    The service is stable and easy to use, accessible to people with disabilities. Its interface is understandable even to employees with minimal experience in working with technical devices, which reduces the time for staff training to a few hours.

    The app works on mobile phones (Android and IOS), as well as on data collection terminals. There is an offline mode without the Internet.     Freshto app reminds user of the need to check (alerts user to check)  the goods a set (preset) number of days in advance of expiration and monitors the work of employees online.

    How does it work?

    1. when replenishing the shelf, the user enters the closest nearest expiry date

    2. the system will create a task to check the expiry date a previously set (preset) number of days before expiration

    3. the check gives 2 possible scenarios:

    - if there’s no product with required date

    - the user enters new closest nearest expiry date

    - if there are goods with required date 

    - we make a markdown in several iterations.
