How does it work?

Major groups and local stores can offer their customers home delivery with unlimited number of deliveries during the same time frame and without any financial investment.

Individuals from our community collect your customers` orders on their daily trips: thus, they can get the most out of their regular journeys and earn a bit of money, delivering to people near them.

It enables retailers to deliver clients within 2h and/or on the time frame of their choice.

  • Shopopop will present its crowdshipping delivery solution at NRF New York (January 15-17, 2023), the world’s largest retail trade show expected to welcome more than 16,000 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors. Shopopop was one of 40 French startups selected by Business France to participate in the show.


    Shopopop is a crowdshipping solution that combines the best of technology and human common sense: individuals take advantage of their regular trips (grocery shopping, school, work, etc.) to collect purchases at the store (Drive, pick-up point, physical store,...) and deliver to the consumer’s home, close to its neighborhood (in exchange for a tip, on average, 5-9 euros per delivery). Members of our community make an average of ten deliveries per month, which amounts to an additional income of around 100 euros.

Our solution is well-established in France and we’ve already started to deploy it in other countries in Europe.     About Shopopop 

    Shopopop was founded in April 2016 in Nantes, France, by Johan Ricaut and Antoine Cheul. The European leader in crowdshipping deliveries, it currently has 145 employees. After an initial €4M raised in January 2020, the company announced another €20M of funding in November 2021.


    Today, more than 1,500,000 people use the Shopopop platform.   • No need to be an IT or a logistics expert to deliver customers at home. Shopopop has created digital tools to allow retailers to spend less time on the road or behind a screen, and more time with their customers.


    On the Shopopop Business Interface, retailers can create deliveries in seconds and access other features like: track delivery progress in real time, exchange with our customer service and view statistics. If using the API, retailers can also automate the creation and tracking of all their deliveries: delivery requests are automatically modified, shifted and canceled based on their customers' actions. The Shopopop API allows any technical team to set up simple and reliable connections with their own tools.


    Once a delivery is put online, retailers can rely on a large community of individuals to deliver their orders to their customers' homes. On the Shopopop app, individuals from our community can view all the deliveries around them and on their routes. In a few clicks, they can book a delivery, indicate their transport capacity, access their wallet, and more!
