Uncle Yankey's Pepper Sauce was created in 2021 in the midst of the Covid pandemic that was challenging but my tenacity in my dream of bringing a piece of my homeland from Trinidad and Tobago to the US to share with others. Uncle Yankey’s pepper sauce was made from my profound memories of home by staying true to my culture and incorporating fresh fruits, fresh seasonings and only the best peppers available. Uncle Yankey’s started as a home based business in Brooklyn where it’s now being manufactured in Cook Collective Kitchen in Brooklyn, NY. No other companies was offering hot sauce in quite this way where we took exotic tropical fruits like pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, along with healthy vegetables like beets, bell peppers, mixed in with fresh seasonings and raw peppers to create a flavorful and savory hot sauce along with an intense heat that will leave your palate bursting with great robust flavors that could only be found in the Caribbean.
