Rongta Technology (Xiamen) Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise established in 2009, and is specialized in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of POS printers, receipt printers, commercial label scales, thermal transfer barcode printer and other POS peripherals.

Rongta printers are widely used in finance, tax control, fire control system, medical institution, instrumentation, shopping mall, vehicle-mounted, warehousing, food chain, supermarkets, retail and other industries. After years of technology and the market precipitation, a variety of different functions of the printers mature and widely used in a number of industries, and comprehensive the mainstream software in the market.   • Rongta Technology (Xiamen) Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, it is a high -tech enterprise of automatic recognition data collection (AIDC) device and solution-provider who are engaged in the design, research, manufacturing and marketing of printing equipment, commercial scales, POS terminals and PDAs.
    Since its establishment, Rongta has always attached great importance to the research and development and is continuously committed to the technological innovation. It is hoped that through the introduction of AIDC devices and Internet of Things technology, cloud printing and artificial intelligence synthesis, it will assist enterprises and individuals to continuously improve efficiency and accuracy. After years of development and technological accumulation, the company have involved in more and more fields and extend the product lines day by day.

    We are committed to R&D and delivery of AIDC devices and solutions. Our in-house R&D capabilities provide a solid foundation for our business development, enabling us to cater to the needs of our diverse customer base and meet a wide range of product and industry applications. Our dedicated R&D team plays a vital role in driving both horizontal and vertical growth of our products, ensuring that we are capable of promptly responding to any market needs we identify. As of March 2024, we had over 140 registered patents in the PRC, of which 20 are invention patents, 79 are utility model patents, and 51 are design patents. We also possessed 23 registered software copyrights.

    We place top priority on the quality of our products. As such, we have developed and implemented stringent quality control to ensure that every stage of our production adheres to our high quality standards. Our key quality control measures cover quality check on inspection of raw materials, quality inspections of each production key step of our production process, quality check of finished products, out-of-box quality inspection of packaged products, and on-going reliability test (ORT). Our quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 since August 2016. We have also engaged independent product testing and certification organizations to test and certify our products on the relevant standards of each target market, such as the certification by Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) in the United States, CE mark in Europe and Bureau of Indian Standards in India, which are leading product safety and quality standards in the respective market. We believe these certifications signify our commitment to pursue excellence in our quality control standards, which we believe is fundamental to our customers’ loyalty and confidence to our products.
