  • BP provides high-quality fuel, food, and beverages to motorists and shoppers across the UK, operating over 300 convenience stores as part of its partnership with M&S Food. BP’s ambition to grow its convenience business and become the first choice for customers on the roadside is evident in the enhancements it is making to its offer and network.

    Since 2019, we have worked hard to ensure that WasteInsight supports its efforts to increase customer satisfaction by reducing food waste and implementing dynamic price markdowns. As a result, we are thrilled that BP has decided to extend our contract with them for three more years.

  • Marks & Spencer (M&S), a cornerstone of British retail, operates over 1,000 stores in the UK, in addition to well-known franchises like WH Smith and Moto. Renowned for its high-quality food, clothing, and home products, M&S has consistently been at the forefront of retail innovation and customer satisfaction.

    To support M&S’ Plan A strategy, WasteInsight has delivered a dynamic solution that leverages data analytics and machine learning to reduce waste, increase sell-through, and optimise pricing. Our work has resulted in an extension of our contract for a further three years with the retailer, where we will look to continue to deliver results.

  • Founded in the 1960s in Yorkshire, Asda is one of Britain's leading retailers. With over 145,000 dedicated Asda colleagues they are able to serve more than 18 million people every week. Asda's estate has a range of formats including supercentres, superstores, supermarkets, Living stores, petrol filling stations and depots across the UK.

    With over 800 locations and 18 million customers per week, Asda inevitably identified the effects of phantom inventory and were looking for a scalable solution that was easy to integrate across their estate.

    Through the deployment of our solution InventoryInsight, we were able to deliver substantial results for the retailer, which included: 

    • a 63x ROI since launch;
    • 1.6m units removed from inventory; and 
    • 19 units removed, on average, per worked alert.
