  • Ligne Roset, leader in luxury furniture, partners with Trust-Place to authenticate products and enhance customer relationships through blockchain technology. Starting January 1, 2025, the iconic Togo sofa will feature a unique digital passport, ensuring authenticity and traceability.

This passport, accessible via a dedicated app, provides exclusive services like personalized care, private events, and early collection previews. Beyond authentication, it allows Ligne Roset to collect and analyze post-purchase data to better understand customer behavior, enhance loyalty, and offer tailored services.

"Authenticity and transparency are at the core of our strategy," says CEO Antoine Roset. This collaboration positions Ligne Roset as a pioneer in integrating digital solutions to combat counterfeiting, boost engagement, and create lasting connections.

  • Isabel Marant is stepping up its traceability strategy, using digital certificates to develop authentication and transparency around its products.

The French fashion house, an icon of «cool luxury», is taking its first steps to protect its products using the Polygon blockchain. To this end, Isabel Marant has partnered with the Trust-Place platform, which uses blockchain technolo- gy to secure and tamper-proof property data.

Specifically, the brand, founded 30 years ago by its eponymous designer, will link a digital passport to each of its physical products, with the aim of improving the authentication of the items, optimising their historical tracking and selling or transferring the property in a completely secure manner. The brand also intends to offer its customers access to exclusive content, pre- sales, traceability and behind-the-scenes information, as well as invitations to events.

“The traceability of our garments is an important issue that allows us to take the sustainability of our garments one step further. We promote res- ponsible consumption, made in a sensible and reasonable way. We also want to combat counterfeiting and parallel markets.”

  • Trust-Place, a French startup specializing in digital certification and post-purchase customer engagement, has raised €4M in its first funding round. Founded by Gaëlle Delore and Didier Mattalia, experts in luxury product authentication, Trust-Place has redefined post-purchase data collection and analysis.

The platform links products to their owners via digital passports, ensuring traceability, ownership transfer, and enriched customer relationships. Prestigious clients like Chloé, Isabel Marant, and Ligne Roset have adopted this innovative solution to combat counterfeiting, enhance loyalty, and offer eco-compliance.

This funding, led by RSI and Reflexive Capital, will fuel international growth, platform improvements, and technological expansion. "We transform post-purchase data into loyalty and value," explains CEO Gaëlle Delore. Trust-Place is poised to revolutionize customer engagement in the digital age.
