A note about coronavirus (COVID-19)
We know the COVID-19 situation is evolving quickly. We’re as concerned as you are about
keeping our staff and our community safe, and we’re tracking the situation closely with the guidance of
public health experts. While our events are many months away, we are prepared to take whatever steps are
necessary to protect our members, attendees, staff and associates. We won’t hold a show if it’s not safe,
and we will refund you if the show is cancelled. You can track the status of events here and access NRF’s COVID-19 resources here.

You choose what your offer is. Options are endless. . .Company brochure, White Paper, Booth Give-Away, Code or link to discount or free product.
NRF provides the specs, you provide the artwork.
NRF will send your offer in (1) Pre-Show Attendee Update email, a Daily Email and in registration confirmation emails.

Sponsor provided banner ad to be used in an attendee daily DAY OF EVENT email. Ad can link to the sponsor's website.
The Social Media Feed will create a live view of social media posts that contain official NRF event hashtags. Located on the homepage of the NRF event platform. Sponsor provides a static image to appear at the top of the feed which will include NRF's social show hastag. Sponsor will also have a scrolling ad featured on the social feed page.
Opportunity to provide Whitepapers to be posted on NRF Retail Converge Event website, for 60 days. Open to everyone. This is a complimentary resource for retailers.
Five (5) hero banner ads will rotate on the Marketplace page. Rotation will be in 5-second increments. Sponsor ad can link to exhibitor page or external webpage.
Five (5) hero banner ads will rotate on the Session page and Agenda by Day page. Rotation will be in 5-second increments. Sponsor ad can link to exhibitor page or external webpage.
Twenty (20) tower ads will rotate on the Session page. Rotation will be in 5-second increments. Sponsor ad can link to exhibitor page or external webpage.

Sponsorship includes: 30 - 45 minutes with the artist of choice.
Time can be divided into entertainment, q&a (depending on artist approval). Facilitated by sponsor. If open to all attendees, NRF will promote the event on the main event website, on the event agenda and within attendee updates pre-show. If a private exclusive event, NRF will work with sponsor to define and target the audience desired.

Phil Vassar Wine Tasting + Music -- Country star Phil Vassar has written hits for Tim McGraw, Jo Dee Messina, Alan Jackson, and toured with Kenny Chesney. His "Songs from the Cellar" event combines his love of wine and music. Playing hit songs, telling stories behind them, and enjoying wine with attendees.
Shaun T -- Virtual workout class -- An entry level/inclusive workout that attendees can watch and follow along at home. Companies have been using this as a "7th-inning stretch" during conferences after people have watched speakers for a few hours to get energy back up and re-engage with the final part of the day.
Leo DeGroff -- Mixologist Masterclass -- Mixologist master class with son of legendary cocktail king Dale DeGroff. Leo can take guests through a spirit-tasting flight or cocktail masterclass with bar tools and/or spirits provided for attendees.
Laura Werlin -- Wine & Cheese Specialist -- Laura Werlin is a James Beard award-winning author of six books on cheese, a sought-after speaker, spokesperson and media personality She is a popular presenter at food and wine festivals around the nation, most prominently the Food & Wine Classic at Aspen, the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, and many others. She is also a regular instructor at the Cheese School of San Francisco.
David Garibaldi -- Virtual speed painting -- From America's Got Talent, David Garibaldi, in real time, can paint pretty much anything we ask for — most people want famous figures in sports/movies/music but he's even done company logos in the past. Can mail paintings to client after the event which you can keep or maybe auction for charity during the event, whatever you want!
Daybreaker -- Virtual dance party. -- This concept toured with Oprah at the start of 2020, and began as an alternative to clubbing with early morning sober dance parties/raves. Family Feud Live -- America's favorite game show! Interactive gameshow experience from the producers of the touring show. Cisco booked this and everyone was thrilled. The company can tailor questions and there are various hosts available to keep the fun going. Really unique offering.
